On Project Coaching
The key objective of our training programs is to develop practitioners for your organization and true learning comes from practicing. Real-time coaching of Six Sigma leaders who have all the right interpersonal relationship skills can be an effective mean to producing practitioners. All Six Sigma project leaders i.e. Black Belts, Brown Belts, Green Belts and DFSS Leaders are highly recommended to seek continuous coaching during the execution of their first project.This way theynot only obtain comprehensive academic instructions, but also receive in-the-field execution guidance by an experienced Master Black Belt. Black/Brown/Green Belt Coaching – Our project execution coaching provides expertise in areas such as applying tools and techniques in process improvement methodologies, effective communication with organizational leadership and stakeholders, overcoming barriers to success, process improvement implementation and maintaining process improvement gains and development of control plans.
Yellow Belt / Team Members Coaching
Our coaching for yellow belts provide expert advice on the data collection techniques, data presentation techniques, documentation of the right data and drawing right conclusions from the data. This type of coaching could be combined with the coaching sessions during the project execution coaching sessions.
